Make sure your outdoor unit is running!

Also called the condensing unit, this unit is responsible for cooling the warm air in your home. By setting your thermostat to ON and COOL this unit should be running and you should feel warm air coming out of the top.

Check your circuit breaker box or electrical box to make sure the ac unit is getting power. Also check the outside disconnect box and make sure it is in the ON position.
